That’s why we offer personalized wellness, maintenance, and injury risk-reduction programs designed to keep you strong, healthy, and moving at your best, so you can perform at your peak and excel for years to come.

We’re proud to offer comprehensive Return-to-Sport assessments to help athletes safely and confidently get back in the game. Each session lasts a full hour and is designed to evaluate readiness to return without increasing the risk of re-injury.
Our comprehensive testing batteries assess both upper and lower extremity injuries, incorporating everything from strength evaluations to advanced jump assessments. After your assessment, our therapists will provide a detailed analysis of your results and offer personalized recommendations designed to support your recovery and help you safely return to peak performance.

You can pay for your session via credit card, debit card, Venmo, Zelle, cash, or check. Upon request, you may be issued a superbill. A superbill is an itemized statement of services completed at your session. You can submit this bill back to your insurance company and they may reimburse a portion, the entirety of, or none of your session, based on their policies. You will be required to input your credit card information upon signing up. You will not be charged any amount that you are unaware of. We keep a credit card on file for ease of billing for your and for your therapist. If you would like to pay another way, we will ensure that your credit card is not charged.

Current research strongly supports an active approach to concussion recovery, replacing the outdated advice of simply resting in a dark room. Expediting your recovery starts with seeing a concussion rehabilitation specialist as soon as possible—ideally, even on the first day after your injury.
The most critical factor for a faster recovery is being treated by a concussion specialist within 7 days of the injury. Studies show that those who waited 8–20 days had a recovery time that was 5.8 times longer than those treated within the first week (Kontos et al., 2020).
Dr. Chris and Paula have extensive, advanced training in concussion rehabilitation. They educate other healthcare professionals, teaching concussion rehab courses to hospital systems and independent clinics nationwide, both in person and through online courses, enabling other healthcare providers to confidently treat patients suffering from concussions.
